Salesforce Developer – Field Service

SQDM

• Levantar y documentar requerimientos funcionales y operativos. • Diseñar soluciones en Salesforce Field Service alineadas a procesos de negocio. • Configurar y administrar: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Scheduling Policies, Service Territories, Operating Hours • Implementar automatizaciones usando Salesforce Flow. • Configurar la aplicación móvil de Field Service para técnicos en campo. • Optimizar procesos de dispatching y asignación de recursos. • Coordinar pruebas funcionales, UAT y despliegues. • Trabajar en conjunto con equipos técnicos, arquitectos y stakeholders del negocio. • Generar documentación funcional y mejores prácticas.

Job Requirements

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Industrial, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Salesforce Service Cloud y/o Salesforce Field Service.
  • Participación en proyectos de implementación o soporte de Field Service.
  • Experiencia en levantamiento de requerimientos y diseño funcional.
