Job Description
VIP Program Manager
BitFortune
Role Description We are looking for someone who knows how to build and run a proper VIP programme. Not someone who thinks VIP is just sending cashback and replying “hope you’re well” on Telegram. We want someone who understands high-value players, knows how to make them feel important, knows how to keep them engaged, and knows how to do it without giving away the farm. Right now, VIP is split across people who should be focused elsewhere. There is no real structure, no clear ownership, and too much time is spent reacting instead of building something properly. You will own VIP end-to-end. You should be the kind of person who: - Understands what different types of VIP players actually care about - Knows when to reward, when to hold back, and how to keep players engaged without destroying margin - Can spot the difference between a genuinely valuable player and someone who is just chasing freebies - Knows how to build a VIP programme that feels personal, exclusive, and worth staying for - Can make high-value players feel like Bitfortune revolves around them, while still keeping the business in control What You’ll Be Doing: - Own the VIP programme end-to-end. - Build and improve the overall VIP strategy for Bitfortune. - Design a VIP programme that feels competitive, relevant, and genuinely worth being part of. - Own: - VIP tiers - Rewards - Cashback / lossback - Reloads - Custom offers - Events - Exclusive perks - Communication - Personally manage top VIP players where required. - Build relationships with high-value players across casino and sportsbook. - Work directly with players through Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or whatever channel works best. - Make sure VIP players feel seen, valued, and looked after. - Understand who the real high-value players are, who is likely to grow, who is dropping off, and who is not worth overspending on. - Build processes around: - Onboarding - Retention - Reactivation - Churn prevention - Whale recovery - Work with CRM, Casino, Sportsbook, and Marketing to create segmented campaigns and offers for different player groups. - Create a proper structure around VIP profitability, player value, and reward strategy. - Build and eventually manage a team of VIP Hosts as the business grows. Qualifications - You have run or built a VIP programme at a crypto casino, sportsbook, iGaming brand, or similar high-value player business. - You understand casino players, sportsbook bettors, crypto players, and “degen” gambling culture. - You know what high-value players actually respond to, and what they ignore. - You have experience with: - VIP tiers - Loyalty - Rewards - Custom bonuses - High-value player retention - Reactivation - Whale management - You are commercial and understand that a good VIP programme is not just about giving players more. It is about keeping the right players longer, in a way that makes sense for the business. - You are comfortable being hands-on and personally managing important players when needed. - You know how to communicate with difficult, demanding, high-maintenance players without losing control. - You are organised, sharp, and good at reading people. - You know how to create something that feels exclusive without making it feel generic or corporate. Success In The First 90 Days - There is finally a clear owner for VIP. - We know exactly who our most valuable players are. - There is a proper structure around VIP tiers, rewards, and communication. - VIP players feel more engaged, more looked after, and more connected to Bitfortune. - We are spending less money on the wrong players and focusing more on the players that actually matter. - Retention and repeat deposits improve. - There is a plan for scaling VIP and introducing dedicated VIP Hosts. - VIP stops being reactive and becomes a proper part of the business. How To Apply Send us: - Your CV / LinkedIn - A short note on why you’re the right fit - Examples of VIP programmes you have built or managed - Examples of high-value players or segments you successfully retained - Examples of changes you made that improved retention, player value, or VIP profitability - If you’ve worked in a crypto casino / sportsbook before, tell us exactly what you owned, what kind of players you dealt with, and what actually worked. We care far more about what you’ve actually built than what your title was.
