This is a strategic and operational role in equal measure. What You'll Do - Own the commercial operations stack, including CRM architecture, sales process design, pipeline governance, and forecasting frameworks. - Build and maintain the reporting and analytics infrastructure that gives the leadership team real-time visibility into revenue performance, funnel health, and customer retention. - Lead the annual commercial planning process, working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to set targets, allocate headcount, and model growth scenarios. - Drive process improvement across the commercial team, identifying bottlenecks, improving conversion rates, and reducing friction at each stage of the funnel. - Partner with the CFO on pricing model design, contract structure, and commercial policy. Qualifications - 8–12 years of experience in revenue operations, commercial operations, or sales strategy, with a track record of building scalable commercial infrastructure in a B2B SaaS or technology business. - Deep knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and commercial analytics tooling. - Analytically rigorous, comfortable building complex models and translating data into clear commercial recommendations. - Operationally excellent, able to design processes that scale and hold up under growth pressure. - Experience in HR technology, workforce analytics, or enterprise SaaS is a strong advantage. Benefits - Base salary of £110,000 – £135,000, depending on experience. - Annual performance bonus. - Equity options in a high-growth, venture-backed business. - 100% remote - work from anywhere in the UK, with quarterly in-person sessions in London. Company Description Our client is a Series B B2B technology company headquartered in London, providing workforce intelligence and labour market analytics to enterprise HR and talent acquisition teams across the UK, Europe, and Australia. With £22m ARR, 110 employees, and an NRR above 120%, the business has strong product-market fit and is now investing in the commercial infrastructure (processes, systems, and data) that will allow it to scale the revenue function without losing efficiency or quality.
