You will be the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring the commercial team has the data, tools, and operational support to perform at its best. This is a strategic and operational role in equal measure. What You'll Do - Own the commercial operations stack, including CRM architecture, sales process design, pipeline governance, and forecasting frameworks. - Build and maintain the reporting and analytics infrastructure that gives the leadership team real-time visibility into revenue performance, funnel health, and customer retention. - Lead the annual commercial planning process, working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to set targets, allocate headcount, and model growth scenarios. - Drive process improvement across the commercial team, identifying bottlenecks, improving conversion rates, and reducing friction at each stage of the funnel. - Partner with the CFO on pricing model design, contract structure, and commercial policy. Qualifications - 8–12 years of experience in revenue operations, commercial operations, or sales strategy, with a track record of building scalable commercial infrastructure in a B2B SaaS or technology business. - Deep knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and commercial analytics tooling. - Analytically rigorous, comfortable building complex models and translating data into clear commercial recommendations. - Operationally excellent, able to design processes that scale and hold up under growth pressure. - Experience in HR technology, workforce analytics, or enterprise SaaS is a strong advantage. Benefits - Base salary of £110,000 – £135,000, depending on experience. - Annual performance bonus. - Equity options in a high-growth, venture-backed business. - 100% remote - work from anywhere in the UK, with quarterly in-person sessions in London. Role Description As Director of New Ventures, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of new business creation, from opportunity identification and business case development through to incubation, launch, and early-stage scaling. You will operate as an entrepreneur within a well-resourced institution, with the mandate and budget to build things that matter.
