Account Manager
Anova
• Establish the Anova Chemicals solution as the leading tank monitoring solution in the marketplace • Grow business in the geographic market through new client acquisition • Develop and execute territory sales plan and market strategies • Identify and establish long-term partner relationships • Utilize skilled sales techniques to maximize market/account penetration • Ensure that technical and commercial requirements are understood and communicated • Create and present innovative business proposals • Support customers during initial deployment process • Prepare and deliver Business Reviews and provide ongoing consultation • Exceed sales targets and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts • Develop and maintain a book of business within the CRM
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5- years’ experience in Chemical Distributor Sales and/or Operations
- Enterprise solution sales experience
- Experience in the sales of Supply Chain services to operations executives
- Experience in 6–9-month sales cycles engagements to contract
- Adept in commercial and financial principles
- Adept at learning new Technology hardware and services
- Ideally, experience with cloud-based technologies and telemetry
- A self-starter, with effective time and territory management skills
- Builds bridges between customers and Anova’s technical/sales resources
- An effective team player with a curious nature and hands-on attitude

• Create, implement and manage profitable growth within the key account dealer focusing on new business acquisition for Continental. • Communicate area sales management strategies through regional channel, Key account personnel and cross functional areas. • Coach regional Territory Sales Managers to interface with dealer and fleet accounts in their territories and ensure the individual customer strategies are adhered to and supported on a regional level. • Manage key dealer account, increasing Continental’s share of account by managing as a mini business to ensure profitable growth, through increased sales volume, improving price positioning, product mix, and managing both fixed and variable expenses. • Ensure that dealer key account strategies and objectives are supported at business unit levels by both Continental personnel and selected customers. • Articulate the parameters the key account dealer will stay within, so as not to weaken, Continental’s strategic vision.
