As an SAP Payroll Implementation Engineer, you will: - Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements. - Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications. - Effectively manage priorities to meet established deadlines. - Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required. - Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines. - Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience). - Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application. Involvement in implementations is a plus. - In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations. - Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information. - Fluent in Spanish and strong English, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
