• Administer global leave of absence programs end-to-end, partnering with regional People teams to ensure compliance, accurate tracking, and a positive employee experience. • Perform ongoing benefits and payroll reconciliations, identify and resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with vendors and internal payroll partners to maintain accurate records. • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and leave-related inquiries, including support during new hire onboarding. • Build, document, and continuously improve benefits and leave administration processes, tools, and workflows to support scalability and operational consistency. • Maintain benefits data integrity across systems and support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements, including but not limited to FSA Non-Discrimination Testing, 1095-C reporting, SFHCSO, etc. • Support cross-functional and strategic global benefits initiatives as business needs evolve.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably at a fast scaling start up.
- Experience driving leave management programs and policy creation at a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of US compliance requirements.
- Creative problem solver who uses frameworks to cut through ambiguity and gets energy from independently figuring things out.
- Detail-oriented, exceptionally communicative, ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong proficiency with Excel.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
