Role Description This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in designing and delivering modern solutions across Microsoft ecosystems and cloud services, while guiding a talented team toward innovation and excellence. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of enterprise infrastructure transformation, working on impactful projects that drive business performance. Your key responsibilities as a Principal Engineer: - Designing, delivering, and supporting secure, scalable solutions for Microsoft ecosystems and cloud services such as Azure AD, Office 365, PowerAutomate, MS Defender, and Teams. - Providing technical leadership and guidance to the Enterprise Infrastructure team and other engineering groups on Microsoft technologies and frameworks. - Partnering with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications. - Ensuring compliance with standards, best practices, and security policies across Microsoft solutions and cloud services. - Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative, innovative team culture. - Troubleshooting complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving effective resolutions. Qualifications - You must have at least 10 years of experience in designing, delivering, and supporting Microsoft solutions and cloud services, with 5 years in a senior or lead role. - You will have expert knowledge of Microsoft technologies, architectures, and frameworks such as PowerAutomate, PowerShell, Azure AD, Azure Policies, and Azure DevOps. - You should have strong expertise in Microsoft cloud services including Azure Landing Zone, Office 365, MS Defender, and Teams, with proven integration and management experience. - You will be proficient in designing and delivering Azure Enterprise applications such as Intune, Defender for Cloud, Power Automate, Graph API, and Endpoints to enhance business processes. - You must demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
