Partner Manager
Antavo Loyalty Cloud
• Execute Antavo’s global partner strategy in the NA market • Own a partner-sourced pipeline target and be accountable for partner-influenced revenue • Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential partners across: System Integrators, Digital & CRM agencies, Martech / Commerce / CDP vendors, Loyalty & CX consultants • Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders (sales, alliances, delivery) • Enable partners with: Clear value propositions, Use cases and positioning, Sales playbooks and enablement materials • Plan and execute partner-led GTM activities, including: Co-hosted events (IRL & virtual), Webinars, podcasts, and roundtables, Joint content and campaigns • Track and report on all partner marketing activity using HubSpot • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services to align strategies and support deal progression • Travel regularly within NA to meet partners in person and occasionally for global partner alignment
Job Requirements
- Commercially driven with a clear revenue mindset
- Proven experience building partner-sourced pipeline in B2B SaaS
- Background in MarTech, Loyalty, CRM, Commerce, or CX platforms
- Experience working with agencies and/or System Integrators
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and co-sell motions
- Hands-on experience tracking pipeline and activity in HubSpot
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment
