• Drive product and GTM enablement across internal teams, partners, and customers. • Maintain the self-service product training portfolio in the Antavo Academy (LMS). • Oversee the partner sales & technical certification path within the Antavo Academy. • Create content for enablement initiatives and training materials for the Antavo Academy. • Design, coordinate and facilitate live training sessions for different audiences. • Collaborate with multiple teams and SMEs to enhance enablement initiatives.
Technical Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers in the post-go-live phase • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders, both technical and non-technical • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s setup, integrations, data flows, and business use cases • Proactively identify technical risks, limitations, or optimisation opportunities and communicate them clearly • Support customers with complex technical questions, advanced configurations, and platform behaviour • Explain technical topics, trade-offs, and recommendations in a structured, customer-friendly way • Guide customers towards effective self-service usage of the platform and Backoffice • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams such as Customer Operations, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product, ensuring context is preserved • Contribute customer feedback and insights into product and engineering discussions • Support customers through platform changes, upgrades, and new feature adoption • Continuously deepen product, domain, and customer knowledge
Partner Manager

• Execute Antavo’s global partner strategy in the NA market • Own a partner-sourced pipeline target and be accountable for partner-influenced revenue • Identify, recruit, and activate high-potential partners across: System Integrators, Digital & CRM agencies, Martech / Commerce / CDP vendors, Loyalty & CX consultants • Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders (sales, alliances, delivery) • Enable partners with: Clear value propositions, Use cases and positioning, Sales playbooks and enablement materials • Plan and execute partner-led GTM activities, including: Co-hosted events (IRL & virtual), Webinars, podcasts, and roundtables, Joint content and campaigns • Track and report on all partner marketing activity using HubSpot • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services to align strategies and support deal progression • Travel regularly within NA to meet partners in person and occasionally for global partner alignment
