• Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans using market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and internal workforce needs to attract top-tier talent • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide variety of roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience, from role definition, posting and sourcing to technical assessments and offer management • Partner closely with team.blue HR teams to ensure recruitment processes comply with local entity requirements and internal procedures • Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruitment process • Monitor and optimize recruitment KPIs, with a strong focus on time-to-fill, candidate experience, and quality of hire • Ensure a consistent, structured, and fair recruitment process across all entities • Train and support hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviews, and decision-making • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, seniority, market insights, and hiring strategies • Challenge and align hiring needs with business priorities and headcount planning • Coordinate stakeholders across countries and entities to ensure smooth and timely hiring decisions • Support onboarding coordination and contribute to creating a smooth and consistent new hire experience across entities • Contribute to the definition and deployment of Kolsquare’s employer branding strategy • Own and maintain recruitment-related content (career page, job descriptions, recruitment messaging) to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Kolsquare’s culture and values • Continuously improve the candidate experience as a core pillar of employer branding
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, or similar role in a start-up, scale-up, and international environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and seniority levels
- Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple regions and technical domains
- Strong ability to assess talent and familiarity with various interview formats and assessment tools
- A strategic, hands-on partner with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to influence and train hiring managers
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and process optimisation
- Additional European languages are a plus
- Comfortable working in a complex, multi-entity, international environment

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) Partner, taking on key HR responsibilities throughout the recruitment process. RESPONSIBILITIES - Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs to meet cometitive hiring goals and expectations. - Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience in all stages of the recruiting process. - Build internal relationships with hiring managers, Site Leadership and HR. - Attend intake calls, interviews, faciliate debrief sessions, initiate offers and monitor the pre-employment onboarding process until a candidate has successfully filled the role. - Assist and coordination of creative sourcing methods to recruit and network with prospective candidates including social media platforms, networking events and career fairs. - Act as a point of contact for escalations, recruitment training and support within the recruitment process. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. - A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in Talent Acquisition or other HR-related roles. - Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including challenging customers, internal teams, and external vendors. - Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms such as Workday.
