Senior Tech Product Manager

Emma – The Sleep Company

• Define and clearly articulate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product areas within the customer care platform. • Serve as the primary product owner, collaborating closely with business leaders, Customer Excellence, and Engineering teams to prioritize features and technical debt. • Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs, business requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities. • Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration, working within an agile framework. • Coordinate go-to-market strategies, release communications, and internal training to drive successful product adoption. • Define and maintain the platform's configuration standards and usage policies, ensuring scalability and consistency across the Sprinklr environment. • Define, track, and analyze key product success metrics to measure impact and inform future prioritization. • Collaborate with the Engineering and Architecture teams to make informed trade-offs between technical complexity, design, and time-to-market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
  • Prior experience with Sprinklr or a similar enterprise CX/CRM platform is highly preferred.
  • Experience defining product development for customer care or contact center technologies is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a compelling product strategy and roadmap.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively across technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex business goals into clear product deliverables.
  • Bias for Action: Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Executive Communication: Outstanding ability to present complex information and product vision to senior leadership.
