• Partner with Sales to lead discovery and uncover customer goals, current state, and future vision • Design and deliver tailored, value-driven product demonstrations, custom workshops, and white-glove trials that align to each customer’s business objectives • Develop compelling presentations and customer-specific collateral • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brands and campaigns • Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to develop strategic, timely, and high-quality RFP/RFI responses • Maintain deep expertise in CreatorIQ’s platform, integrations, and new product updates • Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from operational teams to C-suite executives, tailoring the message to each level
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a consultative pre-sales role (SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders from practitioners to C-suite executives
- Strong storyteller and presenter, able to translate technical capabilities into clear executive-level business value
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or selling to enterprise marketing/brand teams is a plus
- Methodical and detail-oriented in preparation and execution
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced sales cycles
- Collaborative team player with high ownership and accountability
- Motivated to develop deep expertise in CreatorIQ’s platform and continuously expand product knowledge.
