You will partner closely with platform, DevEx, and engineering leaders to ensure Port is deployed in a secure, scalable, and high-impact way across their organization. This role blends technical depth, architectural thinking, and customer consulting. You will translate customer goals into robust solution designs, embed best practices, and help customers future-proof their developer platform while accelerating time-to-value. Working alongside the rest of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, you will play a key role in turning Port into a core part of each customer’s engineering ecosystem. About Your Day-to- Day: Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops with platform, DevEx, and engineering teams Design scalable, secure, and resilient IDP architectures tailored to customer environments Create solution designs, reference architectures, and integration patterns for successful implementations Review and validate customer architectures against best practices and long-term scalability Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering managers, platform leads, and senior technical stakeholders Translate developer experience and platform goals into actionable Port configurations and adoption strategies Deliver technical enablement sessions, architecture reviews, and executive readouts to drive value Represent the technical voice of the customer and provide structured feedback to influence the product roadmap Capture and document best practices in playbooks and reusable solution assets Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve customer outcomes at scale Mentor customer teams on platform design and IDP best practices to support long-term adoption 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles (post-sales or pre/post-sales). Proven experience guiding customers through complex technical implementations and platform adoption. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both deep technical audiences and executive stakeholders. Professional working proficiency in Spanish
