• Provide proactive, data-driven risk management consultative services to insured physicians and clinicians • Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities likely to lead to patient harm • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk reduction strategies • Develop and customize risk service plans for assigned accounts

• Lead in conducting information risk assessments as assigned to the team • Request and analyze documentation necessary to perform appropriate assessment and conduct necessary interviews in order to collect and review relevant materials necessary to produce results of the assessment • Clearly and concisely document and communicate risk assessment results with requester, security architects and management, as appropriate • Conduct and formulate appropriate risk scoring, as it relates to threat, vulnerability, likelihood, impact, security controls/countermeasures, etc. • Perform follow up activities related to assigned risks, ensuring mitigation activities stay on track • Communicate risk treatment methodology, risk avoidance, risk acceptance, risk transference and risk mitigation to appropriate groups • Take lead role in partnering with multiple projects and initiatives to apply security architecture requirements, develop architecture solutions, integrate security into solution designs, access risks of security gaps, and develop architecture remediation • Prepare and present solution decks to different levels of management and varying technical experience

Role Description The Investigations Specialist conducts investigations using databases to locate individuals and businesses for service of process. Communicate investigation findings to co-workers and customers to advise on the next steps of an order. This role is as part of the Investigations Team to achieve daily goals in a fast-paced office environment. This position is remote but located in Michigan. - Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses by reviewing findings for the subject of service of process and cross referencing previous aspects of an order. - Communicate findings to customers and co-workers as needed. - Answer investigations related phone calls and emails. - Update procedural documents and review existing procedures. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience required. - Experience in an office environment and/or customer facing position preferred. - Ability to work remotely with strong work ethic. - Reliable with ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with privileged information. - Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with peers. - Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback. - Technical savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
