• Provide proactive, data-driven risk management consultative services to insured physicians and clinicians • Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities likely to lead to patient harm • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk reduction strategies • Develop and customize risk service plans for assigned accounts

Job Requirements

  • RN or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Certification in Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM), within the first year
  • Understanding of healthcare delivery, risk management, patient safety principles and related insurance systems from 3-5 years of leadership experience in risk consultative guidance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel
