• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies. • Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines. • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress. • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations. • Mentor Recruiters and other team members.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Vietnam) • Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and timelines • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies , including direct sourcing of passive candidates • Manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Screen and assess candidates against job requirements and ensure strong candidate pipelines • Coordinate and manage the full interview process • Partner with hiring managers on hiring decisions and offer recommendations • Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide timely communication throughout the process • Deliver hiring outcomes in line with agreed service levels (e.g., time-to-fill targets) • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices

• Assists with the job requisition process • Posts positions on the ATS system and across external job boards • Reviews resumes, screens applicants, and schedules candidates for interviews • Talent sourcing • Prepares offer letters • Composes rejection letters • Updates interview guides in the ATS systems • Communicates employee referrals to payroll • Attends career/school job fairs representing Spring Fertility • May assist with Onboarding and Orientation for New Hires • Maintains relationships to ensure staffing goals are achieved • Responsible for maintaining applicant tracking system

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and execution, candidate communication, and offer support. • Support end-to-end team member lifecycle from onboarding, transitions, and through offboarding processes. • Assist with performance management cycles, feedback processes, and professional development initiatives. • Maintain team member records, documentation, and systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
