Role Description Tradewater Efforts Leads support the exploration and development of Tradewater’s International Halocarbon work globally, to scale our organization’s impact by identifying, collecting, and destroying halocarbons and potentially other greenhouse gases at the end of their useful life, managing efforts from start to finish. The Efforts Lead role will: - Conduct research and determine feasibility of opportunities in new countries, focusing on India and the APAC region. - Examine market potential and build relationships with governments and other stakeholders. - Oversee project execution and have ownership over efforts within specified countries. - Be primarily remote but must be available to travel internationally as needed. Key Responsibilities and Duties - New Developments: - Execute processes to understand and determine feasibility of New Development Efforts. - Review and analyze regulations governing the management of Eligible Gases and hazardous waste. - Coordinate activities such as research, stakeholder mapping, and engagement. - Continuously assess New Development results with corresponding managers. - Project Management: - Conduct work of finding, collecting, and aggregating Eligible Gases in assigned Project Countries. - Plan and execute Project operations in coordination with stakeholders. - Anticipate and address challenges to Project execution. - Manage timelines and ensure work remains on schedule. - Cross-Cutting Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with methodologies, protocols, and internal procedures. - Manage budgets, monitor financial KPIs, and track costs. - Source, create contracts, and manage contractors or resources. - Prepare proposals and stakeholder-facing materials. - Participate in local networks and manage local agents or consultants. - Support building and maintaining relationships that strengthen global operations. - Coordinate with internal departments to maximize opportunities. - Provide support to other members of Tradewater’s International Halocarbons Department. - Data, Tools, Reporting, and Strategy: - Ensure accurate and timely data management for metrics and strategy. - Prepare reports on findings and progress. - Use and improve internal tools for Effort management and reporting. - Travel as required to target countries and events. - Coordinate or contribute to special projects as needed. Qualifications - Academic background in Business, Global Business, Environmental Science, International Relations, or related fields. - At least 2-3 years of experience with project management. - Demonstrated skills in conducting research and engaging with stakeholders. - Strong written and spoken English language and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Capacity to synthesize information in a clear and organized manner. - Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail. - Resiliency and flexibility to work with stakeholders in different time zones. - Results-driven and target-driven attitude. - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Requirements - Ability to travel internationally as needed (anticipated up to 50%). - Experience working independently in a professional and remote environment. - Ability to complete tasks thoroughly and on time. This role is responsible for: - Campaign setup - User tracking architecture - Conversion event accuracy - Technical SEO - Paid media execution - Analyzing data to make improvements in execution This role will ensure that data flows seamlessly across platforms, that the website is technically optimized for search and generative engine (GEO) visibility, and that paid media campaigns are properly implemented and measured. This role partners closely with content development to drive measurable demand and growth.
