• Responsible for defining, developing, and delivering the global study start up project strategy • Partner with roles across GSSO, CD&O, Global Regulatory Submissions • Oversee progress of all start up activities globally • Manage project timelines and site activations to plan • Lead start up meetings and ensure alignment across teams

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and customer scope to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking project progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet project goals. • Build foundational relationships with clients focusing on project-level concerns. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. • Maintain operational focus on financial tracking without primary responsibility for profit and loss.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Healthy Volunteers and Patient Clinical Pharmacology projects • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsor project teams • Own project scope, timelines, and budgets • Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks • Provide senior leadership within a matrix project environment • Ensure quality, compliance, and audit readiness • Contribute to business growth and operational excellence

• Lead the execution of complex projects within the Grid Automation solutions domain. • Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives. • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. • Ensure safety and quality through the overall execution cycle. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. • Create a strong customer intimacy and ensure its satisfaction during execution. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Ensure optimal usage of project resources partnering with the Engineering and Services department. • Enhance project financial defining saving strategy and maximizing variation orders during execution. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks identified during project execution. • Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards of project execution. • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
