Pond, an Enercon company, is searching for a Senior Architect experienced in data center design to join our growing Architecture team in one of the following Pond offices (Peachtree Corners, GA; Cumberland, GA; or Kennesaw, GA). The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of related architectural design experience and wants to lead, grow, collaborate, and innovate. - Work with data center mission-critical business unit leaders to meet with clients and build our emerging architectural data center practice. - Prepare architectural designs, scale drawings, and contract documents. - Follow project design guides and templates. - Research materials and assemble details ensuring understanding of materials and methods. - Mentor junior/mid-level design professionals and support proposal efforts. - Design projects will span across multiple clients and geographies. - Be an independent self-starter and move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation. Qualifications - Degree from an accredited college or university as required for Architectural licensure. - 10+ years of architectural design experience. - Previous experience with Data Center design. - Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD. - Registered Architect License is Required. - Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work. - Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally. - Location in metro Atlanta is preferable, but a remote position or one based at another Pond/Enercon office would be considered for the right candidate. • Work as a designated technical expert for delivery of Wiz’s services portfolio • Advise customers on cloud security best practices and how to secure their cloud deployments and act as a trusted advisor for clients on behalf of Wiz • Provide overviews of how Wiz integrates across a customer’s security architecture • Delivery of projects as a subject matter expert in 2 or more of the following categories: • Migrations & Integration • Advanced Deployments • Cloud Security Posture (CSP) • Secure Code Development (SCD) • Cloud Detection & Response (CDR) • Data & AI (DSPM & AISPM) • Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by implementing Wiz to achieve their security objectives through project-based services. • Identify risks within the project and work with the project management team to notify appropriate stakeholders • Engage with the account team to allow them to clearly understand the customer business & technical requirements as you learn through active engagement with the client • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz Services and products • Working with the Wiz product team to provide direct feedback on feature request and bugs identified within the delivered project scope

• Lead technical solutions and architectural definitions for AD/Azure AD in partnership with technical leaders and global teams. • Assess environments, define roadmaps, and design highly secure, scalable architectures. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and implementation teams to deliver solutions. • Lead technical migration and integration efforts related to the IAM ecosystem. • Define integration standards for applications that use identity and authentication services. • Manage POCs and complex initiatives related to Active Directory and Azure AD. • Support global technology and security teams with technical guidance and Information Security best practices. • Identify risks in legacy environments and help define modernization and remediation strategies. • Develop technical documentation, operational standards, and reports related to IAM and AD/Azure AD. • Work with application teams to gather requirements, design, and implement integrations. • Define processes and guidelines for the support, administration, and maintenance of identity environments. • Promote secure computing practices and disseminate information security best practices. • Present executive and technical updates to stakeholders and global leadership. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary technical and business teams.

• Own the end-to-end architectural integrity of the Palantir Technologies Foundry platform • Lead architecture decisions for complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business units • Translate business objectives and product strategies into scalable execution roadmaps • Identify architectural risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies • Establish architectural standards for ontology-driven data modeling and application development patterns • Define scalable, supportable patterns for data operations and system integration methodologies • Ensure security controls, performance optimization, reliability, and cost efficiency are embedded into platform design • Promote the use of AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices • Define, implement, and maintain enterprise architecture standards and governance guardrails • Mentor and coach senior engineers and technical leads to elevate architectural standards across the organization.
