Role Description BigID is growing quickly, and we are expanding our Services team and seeking a Senior Service Delivery Engineer to work with our customers located mainly in Europe and the Middle East. The services team plays an important role in the successful setup, integration, deployment and adoption of BigID's platform, for our customers and implementation partners. The focus of services engagements is on bringing ongoing, incremental value to our customers through unlocking BigID related use cases. This position also works to identify the root cause of any deployment issues and works with the larger team to help resolve them to ensure the success of the customer. - Work closely with client stakeholders to determine technical requirements for specific business objectives at hand. - Plan implementation engagements, deploy solution components, and participate in the product configuration efforts in order to meet clients’ specific requirements and business objectives. - Engage with multi-discipline internal and client teams to ensure smooth rollout of BigID solutions and successful integration within customers’ environments. - Deliver training for respective technologies at an applicable level of depth and detail for a given audience. - Work closely with our Engineering and Product Management teams to document product issues, enhancement requests raised in the field, and possible implementation flow improvements. Qualifications - Senior level experience in information technology, with an equivalent of at least 3 years in a customer-facing role - preferably involved in product implementation and hands-on technical activities within enterprise corporate environments. - Clear and concise communication with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. - Ideally experience in working with customers across Europe and Middle East region. - Understand operational parameters and troubleshooting for a combination of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development. - Advanced experience in problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment. - A proactive approach in understanding internal and customers business challenges with the ability to suggest solutions. - Professional experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployments and Linux operating systems. - Meaningful experience with some DBs, such as MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, IBM DB2. - Professional experience with cloud offerings such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform. - Experience with REST API. - Programming or scripting skills with bash, Java or Python. • Diagnose all types of fired equipment, including furnaces, heaters, boilers, flares, incinerators, and ancillary systems. • Assess mechanical integrity, operational suitability, and remaining equipment life. • Identify failures, malfunctions, and develop engineered solutions. • Recommend maintenance scopes, review completed work and evaluate spare parts strategies. • Conduct preliminary heater and furnace surveys and generate pre turnaround reports. • Support commissioning activities, including equipment receipt checks, installation reviews, and startup assistance. • Coordinate with Zeeco subject matter experts to deliver complete customer solutions. • Develop scopes of inquiry and integrate applications and project teams as needed. • Facilitate customer training and educational sessions. • Visit existing and new clients to ensure Zeeco is included on AMLs for all product lines. • Identify new business opportunities and generate inquiries. • Build trust with key decision makers and influencers. • Conduct site surveys, troubleshoot equipment, and provide technical assistance. • Gather market intelligence, support quote clarifications, and help secure orders. • Collaborate with Zeeco sales, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and other internal teams. • Support commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting activities at customer facilities. • Strengthen the performance of Zeeco representatives/agents or identify new partners. • Deliver technical presentations and training to customer groups. • Provide feedback to product groups for continuous improvement. • Track customer turnaround schedules and promote Zeeco products and services accordingly. • Work in full compliance with Zeeco HSE and Quality systems.

Role Description The United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) is hiring a Full Stack Engineer - Laravel to join our expanding IT department. In this role, you will work directly with the Chief Technology Officer to build, maintain, and modernize the Laravel-based applications that power our sport. As our Full Stack Engineer, you will: - Develop and maintain Laravel-based web applications and back-end services to support organizational growth. - Lead and contribute to the ongoing migration of legacy applications into modern Laravel, including refactoring, rewriting, and re-architecting where needed. - Design and manage high-volume MySQL databases behind Laravel applications, ensuring schema integrity, Eloquent model design, and query optimization for large datasets. - Build and maintain internal Laravel tools that streamline content management and result reporting for 900+ clubs. - Collaborate directly with the CTO to deliver features, fix bugs, and improve existing system performance. - Contribute to architectural decisions for our Laravel ecosystem, with a focus on modularity, security, and accessibility. - Provide specialized technical assistance to members and clubs for complex system issues when needed. Qualifications - Must reside in the United States - Core Laravel & PHP Experience - 4 - 6 years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on Laravel and PHP-based MVC frameworks. - Deep working knowledge of Laravel - including Eloquent, migrations, queues, service providers, middleware, and modern PHP development best practices. - Hands-on experience modernizing legacy PHP codebases and migrating them onto Laravel.
