Senior Account Executive

Anatta

• Own the full sales cycle for $150K–$1.5M+ eCommerce engagements from discovery through close • Lead high-stakes conversations with executive stakeholders, controlling narrative, scope, and expectations • Build and manage robust pipelines through disciplined prospecting and account-based selling • Diagnose business challenges and create solution-oriented proposals that differentiate Anatta • Serve as subject-matter expert on Shopify Plus capabilities, limitations, and best-fit use cases • Discuss commerce architectures, API connectivity, backend integrations (ERP, OMS, PIM, WMS), and scaling considerations confidently • Partner with Solutions Engineers while maintaining ownership of client relationships • Learn quickly and identify patterns across our client base

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years selling e-commerce or digital commerce services with proven success closing $150K–$1.5M+ deals
  • Strong agency or consulting background where technical complexity is standard
  • Deep Shopify and Shopify Plus ecosystem knowledge
  • Expert understanding of commerce platforms, backend systems, and API connectivity
  • Proven ability leading complex consultative sales with senior stakeholders and navigating multi-threaded enterprise deals
  • Demonstrated success building and managing pipelines
  • Comfortable discussing platform capabilities, integrations, and trade-offs with technical and business audiences
  • Track record building credibility quickly, recognizing patterns, and moving complex deals forward
  • Ability to travel 25% - 35% of the time
