Role Description LMC Landscape Partners is looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst to support and strengthen our revenue operations across the platform. This role will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy, improving visibility into performance, and supporting both sales and marketing teams with the tools and insights they need to grow. - Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and stage consistency - Manage Convex platform, including lead routing and account tracking - Align Aspire and CRM data across brands - Support weekly and monthly reporting, dashboards, and forecasting - Assist with commission tracking and revenue visibility - Build campaign lists and support targeted marketing efforts - Track enhancement sales and overall revenue performance - Develop and Monitor client follow-ups (1/30/90) and support retention efforts - Support NPS surveys and identifying at-risk accounts Qualifications - 4 year degree preferred in Business and/or Marketing; and/or equivalent of 7+ years of CRM / Sales / Rev ops experience. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. - Highly organized and detail oriented. - Exceptional project management skills. - Systems Knowledge: Aspire, Microsoft SharePoint, Paycor, Convex, Power BI (preferred but not required) - Able to travel up to 10% of the time Benefits - Competitive salary - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan with company match - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development opportunities - A supportive and collaborative team environment
