Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's in ID or Business is a plus). - Experience: 5–7 years in PM, specifically within the Learning & Development industry. - Expertise: Deep knowledge of ID principles, adult learning theories, and eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI, WCAG). - Tech Savvy: Proficient in tools like Jira/Asana and familiar with authoring tools/virtual training platforms. - Business Acumen: Strong financial tracking, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills. - Soft Skills: Decisive leadership, conflict resolution, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. The goal is to help these bots understand different intonations, speech cadences, and accents. If you’re a native Swiss French speaker and have a PC with a microphone, this opportunity is perfect for you! This project will start in May/June (we don’t know the exact timeline yet). What You’ll Do - Record approximately ~300 provided utterances (short phrases) in your native language, with each utterance saved as a separate file. Why You’re Needed - Your recordings will help train call-centre bots, enabling them to better understand diverse speech patterns. Note - These recordings will not be used for commercial purposes. Qualifications - Native speakers of Swiss French (no linguistic or professional voiceover experience needed). - A PC with a microphone. - Ability to install and use the free recording software Audacity (we provide detailed setup instructions). - A quiet environment for clear, noise-free recordings. Requirements - Format: Single-channel WAV PCM. - Frequency: 16 kHz. - Silence: 0.5 seconds of silence at the beginning or end of each recording.
