• Assist in developing comprehensive project timelines and milestone tracking • Creating and updating detailed task lists with progress notes • Daily time tracking and assignment management • Maintaining organized project documentation and files • Data entry and maintenance in project management software • Assist with contract processing & project creation in PM software • Assist with asset collection for projects • Support the implementation of display advertisements • Assist in the creation and management of giveaway campaigns

• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads • Lead keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to sharpen campaign positioning • Optimize for conversions, CTR, ROAS, and cost efficiency through ongoing testing and data analysis • Write ad copy and collaborate with designers on creative assets that perform • Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend • Build and deliver client-facing performance reports with clear, actionable insights • Manage conversion tracking and analytics through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and platform pixels • Lead client meetings, deliver performance updates, and maintain ongoing communication to build strong, consultative relationships • Own campaign strategy end-to-end, directing contractors and leveraging AI tools to support execution and implementation • Partner with account managers and clients to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging PPC trends

• Resolve incoming support tickets via Zendesk — content updates, plugin issues, broken layouts, form troubleshooting, and more • Perform edits and updates on custom-coded WordPress sites (PHP, custom themes, no page builders) • Manage and troubleshoot hosting issues including cPanel, DNS records, SSL certificates, and domain configuration • Work with plugins including ACF Pro, Gravity Forms, Classic Editor, Yoast SEO, and Custom Post Type UI • Assist with Google Workspace administration tasks including user management, email setup, and permissions • Identify and escalate issues that require developer-level intervention • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal team members when explaining technical issues in plain language

• Support the transition to QuickBooks Online (QBO), including cleanup, configuration, and process alignment. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Analyze financial results and variances, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership. • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario planning. • Establish and document repeatable financial processes and controls. • Review and improve existing workflows to reduce errors and inefficiencies. • Oversee payroll processing, including review and validation (with HR completing execution). • Ensure correct handling of deductions, employer contributions, and special cases. • Partner with HR to ensure payroll and benefits data are accurate and compliant. • Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate audits and provide required documentation and explanations. • Support tax preparation and filings in collaboration with external providers.
