Job Description Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager - Risk & Governance (12-month FTC) Jersey Full-time Hybrid INTRO / JOB SUMMARY The Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager - Risk & Governance supports the end-to-end management of client onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing client lifecycle activities across Shared Client Services in Jersey. This role helps ensure a consistent, compliant, and efficient client experience aligned to local regulatory expectations, including AML/CFT requirements. You will provide practical guidance to service line teams, perform reviews and quality checks, and help track performance through KPI reporting. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and supports project work across the onboarding function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide practical support and guidance to service line teams on client take-on, and re-assessment of client structures in line with onboarding policies and procedures. - Review onboarding and offboarding files where required, ensuring documentation quality, risk rationale, and appropriate approvals are complete and audit-ready. - Apply expert knowledge of local AML/CFT requirements and support consistent application of risk and governance standards across service lines. - Support the management and reporting of onboarding and lifecycle Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), helping identify trends, root causes, and improvement actions. - Communicate effectively with client administration teams and key stakeholders to progress items, resolve queries, and manage expectations. - Contribute innovative ideas to improve efficiency, controls, and the quality of daily onboarding and lifecycle tasks. - Maintain awareness of legislative/regulatory updates and industry developments, escalating potential impacts to policies, procedures, or operating model. - Assist the line manager with feedback, team coverage, and project work, including implementation of process changes and documentation updates. - Take on additional responsibilities aligned to the role to support operational excellence and team delivery during peak periods. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in a risk, onboarding, KYC/CDD, or client lifecycle role within a regulated financial services or professional services environment. - Strong working knowledge of Jersey AML/CFT requirements and ability to apply risk-based decision-making in practice. - Ability to work independently with strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to document decisions clearly and communicate outcomes to stakeholders. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach. - Experience supporting or covering team supervision/management activities (e.g., workflow coordination, coaching, escalation handling). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - JFSC-recognised qualification or progress toward one (ICSA/STEP/ICA preferred). - Experience reviewing complex client structures (e.g., trusts, funds, corporate structures) and advising on onboarding requirements. - Experience with KPI dashboards and reporting (Excel and/or onboarding workflow tools). - Exposure to process improvement, quality assurance frameworks, or onboarding transformation/project work. Role Description As a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator on the Retirement Services team, you’ll play a pivotal role by performing plan compliance testing and reporting on 401(k) and 403(b) qualified plans and preparing all IRS and DOL (EBSA) required reports, including Form 5500 and related schedules for all plans in a timely manner with exceptional quality. Role Description HII - Mission Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Subcontracts Administrator to join our team. This position can be remote and will work West Coast hours. You will be responsible for the start-to-finish administration of major subcontracts of high risk and high complexity to the company. You will monitor subcontractor performance for conformance to the subcontract terms and conditions and scope of work. Within the context of a government prime contract, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing complex agreements with subcontractors; this includes supporting the capture and proposal process through contract award and execution. Also, you may mentor lower-level employees.
