User Experience Designer – Product Designer

• Collaborate closely with your trio (development and product management partners) as well as with key stakeholders across the portfolio. • Design end-to-end experiences by creating low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity design assets, journey maps, and detailed service blueprints. • Own customer outcomes and develop a holistic, integrated user experience vision. • Facilitate design reviews, critiques, and workshops to ensure smooth collaboration among stakeholders. • Leverage user feedback and data to inform design decisions, working with product management to define strategic direction. • Develop design concepts and solutions based on user needs, product vision, and technical capabilities. • Use state-of-the-art AI tools and maintain a curious mindset toward AI to experiment and craft innovative, outcome-focused design solutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in senior roles leading the design of SaaS products.
- Ability to produce design deliverables across the full user experience, including initial vision and concept work, workflows/flows, wireframes, and polished visual designs.
- Portfolio showcasing both web and mobile projects, with examples of delivered products that detail your specific contributions to design direction and decisions.
- Experience integrating user research findings into concepts and collaborating with UX research and content design teams.
- Passion for solving complex problems and identifying opportunities to improve product experience.
- Experience in specialized markets such as healthcare, automotive, education, and insurance is a plus.

Role Description Vesta is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer to support the development of proprietary furniture, lighting, textiles, and décor collections across all product categories. Reporting to the VP of Merchandising, this role will translate merchandising’s creative direction, conceptual inspiration, and brand aesthetic into original, production-ready designs. The Senior Product Designer will also work closely with cross-functional partners in Product Development, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams to support execution from concept through production. The ideal candidate combines strong aesthetic sensibility with technical product knowledge and a deep understanding of luxury furniture and interiors. This individual should be highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable creating a high volume of design work within fast-moving timelines. Experience within the luxury design industry is required with exposure to retail, staging, and/or hospitality & contract furniture markets strongly preferred. This position offers a salary range of $120,000–$150,000, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. Design Manager

• Oversee the design teams and project deliverables for all projects within a region/campus. • Ensure projects adhere to the Design and Construction Standards (DACS) along all supplemental tenant criteria. • Administer design team contracts for scope of services and deliverables compliance. • Participate in weekly design meetings with consultants and Stream team members. • Engage with internal subject matter experts to provide technical direction to the design team. • Actively engage with procurement team members to define project equipment needs and ensure OFCI order accuracy. • Collaborate with the technical sales group to define customer specific project requirements. • Organize and manage design document reviews with Stream SMEs and construction team members at project milestones for comment and review. • Collaborate with the project specific third-party project managers for design direction. • Visit jobsites periodically during construction to monitor design implementation in the field. • Attend and participate in OAC meetings during construction. • Monitor shop drawing and RFI logs and ensure design team responsiveness.
