Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in digital account or project management—ideally in an agency or digital consultancy.
- A strong sense for client needs, communication, and strategic advisory.
- Experience managing complex digital projects and a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Enjoy creating structure, improving processes, and providing teams with clear direction.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of ownership, and strong organizational skills.
- Confident communication skills—both with client decision-makers and with internal teams.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- You are familiar with agile methodologies—but we place more emphasis on a pragmatic view of which approach is appropriate for each project.
- You are eager to take responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of our organization.

We are hiring a Strategic Leader within the Technical Solution Design (TSD) team to build a best-in-class technical team that covers our Core Diagnostics portfolio, including Lab Systems / Automation, Informatics, Workflow and Consulting lines of business. The TSD Regional Manager, East will develop, create, and design strategies for the most complex and largest customer base, such as key strategic customers and national/regional health systems. They are responsible for the management of multiple TSD “pods”, with responsibility of creating an environment of professional growth. They will work with the TSD Director to develop training programs, creation of technical materials with marketing and Request for Proposal (RFP) bid team, and maintenance of team regulatory compliance.
