Senior Programs & Strategy Manager

• Design agendas for FAR.AI’s events portfolio (estimated 12+ events per year), from theory of change through to session structure, speaker selection, and attendee composition. • Propose speakers and attendees with genuine judgment about who will move a conversation forward. • Read a draft speaker list and immediately see who is missing; read a draft agenda and immediately see what is not quite right. • Ensure programming reflects the current state of the field and anticipates where it is heading, working with FAR.AI’s in-house research team to pressure-test content decisions. • Take considered bets on emerging topics and innovative formats, and make the intellectual case for them. • Own the content framing for each event developing event theory of change documents, briefing notes, and framing materials that give the programme a clear intellectual spine. • Lead the speaker invitation and engagement process, including drafting outreach, managing speaker preparation, and ensuring speakers are well-positioned to contribute to the event's goals. • Produce written content that extends the reach of FAR.AI’s events: framing documents, research summaries, speaker briefings, and post-event reports. • Develop participant strategies for each event, identifying the stakeholders, expertise, and perspectives required to achieve the event's objectives. • Track which relationships need tending, which conversations should continue, and which outputs are worth pursuing after each event. • Build and maintain relationships with senior researchers, lab representatives, policymakers, and field-builders across the AI safety ecosystem.
Senior Project Manager, Events

• Own end-to-end project planning and delivery for multiple assigned events running concurrently • Move quickly and fluidly between events at different stages: one in planning, one in final prep, one wrapping • Manage the full logistics checklist across events: venue and vendor coordination, participant invitations and communications, budget tracking, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up • Make real-time calls on scope, resourcing, and sequencing when things change • Support junior PMs by ensuring they have full context on events from the design stage • Coordinate dependencies between events and across functions (content, communications, operations, technical infrastructure)
Technical Project Manager – Red Team

• Own the delivery of our largest multi-party engagement. • Take delivery ownership of other engagements such as frontier-model red teaming engagements and government RFPs. • Run the request for proposals (RFP) and opportunity pipeline. • Own the red-team hiring pipeline end-to-end. • Run daily pipeline management (candidate correspondence, scheduling, early advance/reject calls). • Headhunt and source top talent. • Identify bottlenecks and smooth the process. • Help write JDs, plan and run work trials, support candidates through the experience, and assess them at the end.
Jailbreaking Lead – Red Team

• Lead jailbreaking on the highest-stakes engagements • Personally develop universal jailbreaks against frontier closed- and open-weight models • Shape the jailbreaking research agenda in partnership with Kellin • Work directly with frontier labs and government agencies so findings lead to real mitigations
Field Marketing Manager
FAR.AIFrontier alignment research to ensure the safe development and deployment of advanced AI systems.
• Own the full field marketing calendar—identifying, prioritizing, and executing the right mix of conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, and partner events • Develop and execute account-based field programs aligned to ICP accounts, pipeline stages, and revenue goals • Manage event logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, catering, A/V, signage, swag, travel, and on-site execution • Design and run pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up motions that convert attendees into qualified pipeline • Partner closely with Sales to ensure strong pre-event prospecting, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up • Track and report on performance: registrations, attendance, meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline influenced, and revenue attribution • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and swag inventory while maximizing ROI • Travel to support on-site execution across conferences, customer events, and partner activations • Continuously test and innovate on event formats and experiences to make Didero stand out
• Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles, including technical and non-technical positions. • Manage an active requisition load of approximately 5–8 roles at a time, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience. • Partner directly with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and advise on hiring strategy. • Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels and techniques, particularly for hard-to-fill roles. • Drive candidate assessment processes, including screening, coordination, and offer support. • Build and continuously improve recruiting foundations, processes, and documentation as the first in-house recruiter. • Represent FAR.AI professionally and clearly to candidates, ensuring a thoughtful and inclusive candidate experience.
Business Development Representative

• Own top-of-funnel: research accounts, craft sequences, cold call, email, and LinkedIn to create qualified meetings (SALs) and sales-accepted opportunities (SAOs) • Work hand-in-hand with AEs to identify, prioritize, and break into high-value target accounts - operating as a true partner in strategy, outreach, and deal orchestration • Map buying groups across Procurement, Supply Chain, Ops, Finance/AP, IT/ERP; multi-thread and secure next steps • Personalize at scale: sharp, persona-specific messaging that ties to labor, expedite, stockout, and working-capital outcomes • Trigger-based prospecting: watch for ERP rollouts (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Epicor), leadership changes, expansions, and M&A • Tight hand-offs: make concise notes (pain, current process, stakeholders, required capabilities, timeline, next step) to enable founders and AEs • Relentless iteration: A/B test subject lines, talk tracks, and call opens; share learnings with the team weekly
