CARE
• Support the development and execution of engagement and retention of our patients through health screenings and studies • Optimize the patient journey to improve engagement rates • Activate and optimize marketing strategies that span the entire customer journey • Implement retention campaigns to improve engagement with study participants • Work with development and analytics teams to further build out marketing automation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Segment, Customer.io)
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and automation workflows
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Role Description The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a fully integrated marketing strategy for Altasciences drug development and research services.
