Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or training roles, preferably in SaaS
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM, EMR, or practice management software preferred
