Job Description

Integration & Automation Tech Lead

Instacart

• Define and evolve the integration and automation strategy and roadmap across Finance and Accounting systems • Architect solutions for end-to-end integrations across ERPs (Oracle/NetSuite/Workday), CRM (Salesforce), etc. • Deliver robust, scalable integration solutions across modern iPaaS platforms (Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, or equivalents) • Mentor junior BSAs and integration analysts, raising technical standards

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in integration development, enterprise architecture, and/or financial systems
  • Hands-on experience with at least one modern iPaaS — Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of complex API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
  • Proven experience with modern ERPs (Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Workday)
  • Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and release automation in an integration context
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers or BSAs, fostering technical growth across teams.
