Role Description The Senior Director of the Global Project Delivery Office (GPDO) is accountable for building and leading the enterprise global function that drives delivery excellence, capability development, operational standardization, and central operations across the Project Delivery organization. This leader oversees three enterprise pillars ensuring consistent, predictable, and scalable execution across all regions and sites: - CSS Enterprise Strategy Execution - PM Academy/Business Process Optimization & Governance - Global Central Operations - Quality Governance The Role: - Enterprise Strategy Execution: Lead enterprise CSS strategy execution—driving dashboards, analytics, operating model upkeep, and governance rhythm in one cohesive framework. - Capability & Talent Development (PM Academy): Run global PM/PC capability development—owning training, onboarding, certification, competencies, role expectations, promotion pathways, continuous learning, mentorship, and SME engagement. - Business Process Optimization & Governance: Drive global PM process and tool standardization—overseeing continuous improvement, OneHub/Workfront governance and change management, and financial governance across budgets, forecasts, amendments, invoices, and profitability. - Cross‑Functional & Organizational Leadership: Align PM, Ops, Quality, Finance, IT, and HR around unified delivery standards—driving systemic issue resolution, end‑to‑end delivery improvements, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Global Central Operations (Execution Backbone): Partners with the Global Central Operations Leader to deploy Ops strategy across sites, drive priority alignment and adoption, resolve delivery issues, and advance operational excellence. - Quality Governance (Compliance & Right‑First‑Time): Partners with Central Quality to deploy quality strategy, enforce global standards, and ensure deviation management, compliance, and audit readiness while driving right‑first‑time execution across all sites. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in related field, AI literacy preferred - 15+ years in Project/Program Management, Operational Excellence, or global transformation roles. PMO experience preferred - Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑scale operational standardization and capability‑building programs. - Experience in PM and Lean methodologies, governance frameworks, digital PM tools (Workfront/OneHub/JDE), data analytics, and AI literacy preferred. - Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost models. - Proven leadership in matrixed environments with global stakeholders. - Exceptional communication, executive presence, organizational leadership, and change leadership capability.
