Technology Integration Specialist

Role Description The Integration Specialist is an early-career position intended for professionals with at least 2 years of experience in hardware installation, IT support, or technical project coordination. This role is a critical part of the client onboarding process, responsible for remotely installing and configuring hardware and software to ensure a smooth client experience. Candidates should be confident working independently while collaborating with team leads and project stakeholders. What You'll Do - Perform remote installation of hardware including VeriFones, receipt scanners, webcams, barcode scanners, and other peripherals. - Configure Membership & Operations software and ensure proper system integration. - Support the setup and configuration of ACS (Access Control Software), including backend adjustments. - Document work clearly and accurately in internal systems, keeping all project records up to date. - Collaborate with team members and leads through daily stand-ups and weekly planning sessions. - Provide timely and professional updates on project progress, risks, and client needs. - Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary, maintaining a client-focused approach throughout the onboarding process. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support, IT, or client-facing project role. - Familiarity with hardware installation and software configuration in a remote environment. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. - Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. - Self-starter who can follow structured processes while proactively identifying improvements.
