Role Description As part of our Managed Service Team, you will play a key role in providing administrative support for payroll processing for clients in Germany. With your commercial background and structured approach, you will ensure payroll-relevant data and processes are accurately maintained, validated, and documented. - Support monthly payroll processing activities. - Maintain and validate master and transaction data. - Prepare and process notifications to social security institutions and authorities. - Create certificates, reports, and internal evaluations. - Perform general administrative tasks related to payroll operations. - Coordinate and track payroll-related data and documentation. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Ensure data accuracy and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Qualifications - Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification. - Structured, reliable, and independent working style. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Initial experience in payroll or HR processes is an asset. - Very good German language skills (written and spoken). - English proficiency at minimum B1 level. Role Description As an Invisors Payroll Architect, you will lead the workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants, and externally by managing the design and delivery of Workday projects. You will work closely with all other Consultants within the Payroll workstream, as well as managing cross-functional impacts with other domain leads. This role will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system.
