This individual will play an instrumental role in Lap of Love’s day-to-day operations by processing payroll for multiple entities while providing support for payroll related processes. This individual will also understand payroll cycle accounting and the relationship to month end close, journal entries, and accruals. An ideal Payroll Specialist candidate will be proficient in multi-state and multi-company payroll concepts such as differentiation of regular, overtime, international, and paid time off hours.
