Invisors

Role Description As an Invisors Payroll Architect, you will lead the workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants, and externally by managing the design and delivery of Workday projects. You will work closely with all other Consultants within the Payroll workstream, as well as managing cross-functional impacts with other domain leads. This role will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system. In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Architect plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our client offerings, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute to projects as well as contributing internally. Duties and Responsibilities - Have developed the project, industry, and Workday experience to guide project scope and design commitments with a client. - Be a partner for the Project Manager and Engagement Executive for the planning of the area of a project. - Proactively work with other areas of the project to develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges. - A Payroll Architect will not simply advocate for the workstream but instead will look to develop the best solution for the project, client, and Invisors overall. - Assist in budgetary accountability for their projects. - Be prepared to be called upon to serve as the Area Architect for their project. - Read the room and tailor approach appropriately and deliver difficult messages effectively. Qualifications - 3+ Years of Workday Payroll Experience with implementing Workday. - Prior consulting experience required. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Role Description The Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for analyzing and supporting all payroll tax activities, including compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, audits, data validation, interpretation of specifications, and filing of payroll tax returns. Provides support for, and helps resolve new registrations, notices, ensuring payroll tax accuracy in multiple payroll systems and tax software applications. Qualifications - Associate’s degree in finance and/or related field; or 2-4 years high-volume payroll tax experience dealing with large volumes of data; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Knowledge of international taxes, including Canada and Puerto Rico a plus. - Proven analytical, planning, problem solving and influencing skills. - Strong process enhancement, training, reconciling, and documentation experience. - Prefer experience with MasterTax. - Prefer SQL Query knowledge and experience with report creation tools.
