• Actively perform outbound prospecting, identifying and developing new opportunities • Contact cold and warm leads and reactivate previous opportunities • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing • Handle negotiations with multiple stakeholders (corporate accounts) • Build and maintain a healthy, predictable, and consistent pipeline • Maintain disciplined follow-ups and a strong sense of urgency • Develop demand generation and account reactivation strategies • Work in partnership with marketing, pre-sales, and strategic partners • Operate in a consultative sales model, focused on solutions and projects

Job Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or services
  • Experience with complex sales, long cycles, and enterprise clients
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and building your own pipeline
  • Experience negotiating with multiple decision-makers
  • Knowledge and application of methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC (SPIN is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Availability for in-person client meetings

We’re looking for Account Executives to help us bring Marble to more schools and districts across the country. What You’ll Do - Own the full sales cycle with schools from first outreach through partnership - Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts while managing a growing pipeline - Bring feedback from the field to inform product, positioning, and go-to-market strategy - Represent Marble at key school district meetings and events across the country.
