• Gaining a deep understanding of the technical requirements and nuances of each job opening. • Developing a clear grasp of the tech stacks, tools, and environments relevant to each position. • Managing applicant pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer stages. • Conducting structured interviews to assess candidates’ technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit. • Documenting interview outcomes, recruiter notes, and feedback in a clear and organized manner. • Using industry-leading tools and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates. • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. • Building long-term relationships with candidates and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in French and English
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally within the IT, software, or engineering domains
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and a genuine interest in technology
- Proven ability to identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, events, etc.)
- Experience managing candidate flow and reporting in an ATS environment
- Ability to advise candidates on job expectations, company culture, and employment terms
- Skilled in evaluating candidate fit through competency-based interviews
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple open roles
- Experience recruiting for software, cloud, or engineering roles is a strong asset
