• Architect scalable GTM motions that integrate and optimize performance across inbound, partnerships, and outbound channels. • Take over and manage our core GTM tech stack, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and tight cross-functional alignment. • Define, build, and operationalize core revenue metrics. Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to support Growth team efforts and instill a pipeline-driven culture focused on leading indicators of success. • Own major initiatives from conception to completion with minimal oversight—from contributing to GTM audits to redesigning complex workflows.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in a Revenue Operations role.
- You understand the entire revenue funnel (Marketing, Sales, and CS) and have experience architecting GTM motions that include inbound, partnerships, and outbound.
- Prioritizes practical, expedient solutions that are appropriate for our stage over complex, lengthy initiatives, ensuring transparent communication and project management throughout.
- Mixes strong planning and data analysis with the technical skills for system design, development, and delivery, making sure data supports business goals effectively.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) and Gong.
