• Prospect & Build Pipeline: Identify and prioritize target corporate accounts through research, cold outreach, and networking • Proactively generate new business opportunities to maintain a healthy, active sales funnel • Sell Consultatively: Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and challenges — then position Certus solutions that genuinely help • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value proposition presentations to decision-makers, including senior leadership • Manage Your Business: Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract • Keep CRM records (Salesforce) accurate and up to date with notes, activity, and pipeline status
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in corporate training, SaaS, or professional services
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quota in a full-cycle sales role
- Skilled at engaging and influencing executive-level decision-makers and multiple buying constituencies
- Strong pipeline discipline: you forecast accurately, move deals forward, and keep your CRM airtight
- Excellent communication skills — you're as comfortable presenting to a VP as you are writing a follow-up email
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; experience with virtual selling platforms a plus
