Role Description As an SSRM (Strategic Sourcing & Resource Management) Data Analyst, you will provide critical support and expert insights, transforming complex procurement and resource data into actionable intelligence to drive strategic decision-making and optimize operational efficiency. Every day you will: - Expertly collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to sourcing, contracts, and resource utilization. - Identify trends and cost-saving opportunities. - Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards. - Meticulously present findings to inform strategic sourcing initiatives. To be successful, you will demonstrate: - Outstanding analytical capabilities. - Strong statistical and data visualization skills. - A meticulous, inquisitive demeanor. Your contributions will significantly impact: - Cost optimization. - Supplier performance improvement. - Effective resource management. Additional responsibilities include: - Collaborating with the customer base to ensure timely updates for new items and vendor changes. - Performing overall maintenance of Master Data Files and tracking additions and changes. - Creating and maintaining standards for master data. - Partnering with Supply Chain Operations in the creation of custom ordering templates and providing ongoing education and ERP system support. - Communicating with members of other functional teams regarding master data and ERP system updates. - Configuring and running reports for Supply Chain Management and other customers. - Reviewing and updating patient charge data within the ERP system using various reporting tools, queries, and uploads. - Establishing strong relationships with facility departments, contract analysts, and the Contracting Sourcing Team. - Utilizing basic team facilitation techniques to ensure productive outcomes. - Identifying methods to improve current practices and proposing viable solutions to Supply Chain teams. - Compiling appropriate reports in accordance with month-end close deadlines. Qualifications - High School Graduate General Studies. - Four years of ERP experience upon hire. Requirements - Experience with Lawson, Oracle, or Workday ERP (preferred). - BigQuery or SQL coding experience (preferred).

• Minimize cycle count variance issues; perform deep dive analysis to understand and resolve any cycle count variances that occur, and put corrective actions in place. • Ensure coordination and execution of NH monthly cycle count process across the active partner warehouses across the country. • Eliminate “work in progress” through immediate measurement of material movement from partner warehouses to construction sites. • Build and develop the NH Traceability Program; ensure complete partner compliance with serial number job site scanning. • Maximize ITC revenue through fund compliance with FEOC and domestic content requirements. • Measure our compliance at the project level and manage KPIs to drive this up. • Manage the Master SKU List and ensure alignment between the list, the Bills of Material, the Virtual Inventory Warehouse, the proposals, and the plan sets. • Coordinate and execute SKU adjustments as needed to comply with Safe Harbor changes in the Sunrun supply chain. • Work with Builder Operations to manage product changes. • Collaborate with Business Units on refinement of materials forecasts. • Track and manage inventory performance for all Install Partner locations. • Optimize material flow and efficiency in the value chain through continuous improvement of inventory management strategies and tactical execution. • Coordinate the requisitioning and supply of material that may be stocked out or require alternative substitutes due to discontinued or obsolete status.
