Title: Demand Generation Manager Location: Remote, Remote, Canada . Job Description: About Proposify At Proposify, we're revolutionizing the way businesses create and manage proposals. Our innovative platform streamlines the proposal process, helping teams craft compelling, professional proposals that close deals faster and with greater success. We pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment where creativity and innovation thrive. As we continue to grow and enhance our offerings, we are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about technology and driven by the challenge of making complex processes simple and efficient. Join us and be a part of shaping the future of proposal management! We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who can help us generate predictable pipeline and turn demand into revenue. We believe marketing doesn’t stop at the lead, it ends at the deal. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation and performance marketing. You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and partner together to turn ideas into campaigns and campaigns into pipeline. You won’t just plan campaigns or report on performance. You’ll build, launch, test, and optimize quickly—owning the work from strategy through execution while continuously improving how we generate demand and turn it into pipeline. This is a small, scrappy team that’s used to driving big results. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and operations, partner with external vendors when needed, and drive campaigns from concept through to pipeline. What You’ll Do (and Love Doing) Own Inbound Pipeline Generation Not just the tactics that feed it, but the strategy behind which levers to pull across both self-serve and sales-led motions. You’ll drive MQL, free trial, and pipeline targets while making demand generation more consistent and predictable over time. Paid Acquisition Build and run paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and wherever else our audience lives. You’ll develop the strategy, manage the budget, and continuously optimize performance to balance short-term conversion with longer-term demand creation, knowing that not everything should be measured through last-touch attribution. Measure, Optimize, and Scale What Works Use data to understand what’s driving pipeline, where efficiency can improve, and what deserves more investment. You’ll prioritize experiments, continuously test messaging, audiences, offers, and channels, and use modern marketing tools and AI to move faster and smarter. Bring campaigns to life and keep them moving Take campaigns from idea to launch to optimization. You’ll help develop ad creative, write copy for ads, emails, and landing pages, and keep campaigns moving and improving over time. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should never be blocked by not being one. Turn the Funnel into Predictable Revenue Use HubSpot to build lifecycle campaigns, identify drop-off points, and work closely with sales and marketing ops to improve how leads move through the funnel and convert more of them into pipeline. Make Organic a Growth Driver You’ll partner with our SEO agency on strategy while owning execution—building new pages, updating content, improving on-page optimization and ensuring the traffic we earn actually converts. Own Review and Reputation Presence In G2 and beyond, you'll run campaigns to generate reviews, improve our visibility, and make sure we show up credibly when buyers are doing their research. Turn Webinars and Events into Pipeline You’ll support webinars and virtual events as growth channels by driving awareness, registrations, and attendance then own the follow-up that turns engagement into pipeline. Who You Are - 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or performance marketing with a proven track record of generating pipeline - Proven experience both creating demand and capturing it - you’re just as comfortable building the strategy as you are launching and optimizing campaigns yourself - A strong writer with good taste - you know what effective B2B copy looks like and can write ads, emails, and landing pages that actually convert - Creative and self-sufficient - you can develop, test, and refine campaign creative without being blocked by design or production resources - Comfortable owning both strategy and execution - you can zoom out to see what’s working and zoom in to fix what’s not - Experienced across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and campaign execution - You’ve managed paid budgets and understand how to improve CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline efficiency - Analytical, but not overly reliant on rigid attribution models - you understand the role of brand and demand creation alongside performance - Bias toward action - you don’t wait for perfect conditions to launch, test, and learn - Comfortable operating without a large team - you can figure things out and get things live - Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, including both self-serve and sales-led motions - Collaborative and low-ego - you work effectively with marketing, sales, and operations to drive results Our Benefits Include · Competitive market based salaries · Company provided and paid health benefits from the day you start, paid entirely by Proposify · Virtual Health Care · RRSP matching program from the day you start with no vesting period · Generous Paid Time Off Policy including: 3 weeks of vacation to start; paid sick leave; personal days; birthday leave, company-wide end-of-year holiday break · Flexible working hours so you can do your best work when you are at your best · WFH Stipend setting you up for success! At Proposify, we value and celebrate the diversity of our team and welcome applications from racially visible persons, Indigenous peoples, women in non-traditional positions, persons with disabilities, and persons of the LGBTQ+ community.
