Role Description We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI to support enterprise reporting, dashboard development, and Power BI administration activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable BI solutions, developing complex data models, and managing Power BI environments, including security, governance, and gateway administration. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. - Develop and optimize DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs. - Build and maintain tabular data models and transformations using M Query. - Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and security modeling strategies. - Configure and maintain Power BI build permissions and workspace access controls. - Administer and support Power BI Enterprise Gateway environments. - Perform Power BI administration tasks including tenant settings, workspace governance, monitoring, and usage optimization. - Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver BI solutions. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, performance, and scalability across reporting solutions. - Troubleshoot report, dataset, and gateway-related issues. - Support BI governance, documentation, and best practices initiatives.
