Customer Facing IT End-user Support

Role Description Phi International, Inc. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT End-user Support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users requiring technical assistance. Your mission will be to provide timely and effective support to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues. If you are passionate about helping users and enhancing their IT experience, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing company. - Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. - Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates. - Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. - Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT staff or vendors. - Educate users on best practices and use of technology. - Maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies. Qualifications - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in end-user IT support or help desk role. - Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. - Experience with common office software and hardware troubleshooting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize effectively. - Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
