• Serve as a key administrator for time tracking systems, preserving global workforce data integrity. • Audit employee time entries for accuracy and completeness. • Resolve timecard discrepancies and pending manager approvals. • Support global payroll cycles by validating time data before processing. • Ensure correct employee compensation based on total hours worked and overtime rules. • Learn and support specific time tracking and pay rules for multiple regions. • Act as the face of time and attendance for staff, supporting new hires and training managers. • Identify bottlenecks and improve time tracking workflows with Payroll and HR teams. • Prepare comprehensive reports on overtime trends and attendance patterns. • Assist in audits and internal reviews to ensure records remain "audit-ready."
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or data/process roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with systems, data, and spreadsheets
- Comfortable with international payroll nuances and time-tracking systems.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with global stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently during the evening shift.
