Role Description A growing international SAP consulting business is looking for an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to take ownership of a newly created role within their Hungarian team. This is a strategic position where you will become the go-to expert for SAP Cloud ALM, helping shape the company’s cloud operations capabilities while coaching and enabling existing SAP consultants in this evolving area. 📍 Location: - Budapest - Debrecen - Or remote within Hungary 💡 About the Role The focus is on operations, monitoring, service management, and operational transparency across SAP landscapes. You will be responsible for the operational use, administration, and continuous improvement of SAP Cloud ALM as a central monitoring and service platform. • Operating and administering SAP Cloud ALM • Monitoring, alerting, and operational transparency • Incident & problem management support • Dashboard, KPI, and reporting creation • Integration into SAP operations and ITSM processes • Defining operational processes and runbooks • Coaching and enabling internal colleagues on Cloud ALM topics

• Design, development and maintenance of SAP authorization concepts (SAP R/3, S/4HANA, Fiori) • Analysis and resolution of authorization issues • Advising internal and external clients on SAP security and compliance matters • Participation in projects as well as day-to-day operational activities • Support in presales and further development of services (including the Xiting XAMS Suite)

• Functional consulting in SAP HCM with a focus on HR processes • Analysis, optimization and implementation of customer-specific HR processes • Preparation of functional specifications, facilitation of workshops and close coordination with stakeholders • Support with customizing tasks in SAP HCM

• Consulting and supporting global clients in the SAP environment • Implementing and optimizing SAP FI/CO solutions • Collaborating with international project teams

• Further development of modern IT solutions – from specification and design through programming to testing and go-live • Development of customer-specific applications using ABAP / ABAP OO, SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, HTML5 and JavaScript within SAP HCM • Implementation of bespoke adaptations to client processes (remote)

• Development and operation of interfaces in the SAP PO/PI environment • Ensuring service delivery in accordance with agreed KPIs and SLAs • Monitoring, analysis and continuous optimization of existing integration scenarios • Adapting and further developing scripts, adapters, mappings and web services • Troubleshooting and performance optimization of existing interfaces • Medium-term support for migration to SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) • Close collaboration with business units, SAP development and external partners
