• Design, implementation, administering, and using: Google Workplace; MDM system for: MacOS, iOS; Password manager system. • Preparation of instructions and documentation for team and company employees • Transferring knowledge, mentoring and coaching team members and our employees • Problem-solving & incident investigation • Administrating and using many different external saas services • Administration of access to systems • Management of the company’s IT assets • Remote support for employees with hardware and software issues

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and work experience in administering google(g-suit) workspace (Email, DNS, Black lists, backup & etc google services)
  • Excellent experience in administering users OS: MacOS
  • Power user understanding of working principles of Atlassian products: JIRA, Confluence, etc
  • Experience in administering MDM systems
  • (Optional) Task automation, good knowledge of programming languages: bash, PowerShell, python & etc
  • Good communication verbal and writing skills with users and colleagues
  • System approach to accomplishment of tasks
  • Proactive attitude at work
  • Clear understanding of business requirements
  • High level of self-organisation and responsibility
  • System approach to developing services and work
  • Fluent Russian and English proficiency at B1–B2 level
