• Review, audit, and manage transaction files for compliance. • Maintain deal stage accuracy and understanding of transaction workflows. • Identify and resolve documentation issues affecting commissions. • Complete compliance reviews within SkySlope. • Queue, review, and process commissions accurately. • Audit commission structures and identify discrepancies. • Validate commission data against documentation and records. • Serve as a primary contact for agents regarding transactions. • Proactively communicate with agents to resolve outstanding items. • Manage a shared inbox for agent inquiries.

• Provide exceptional post-intake support to patients at Sailor Health. Once a patient begins care, you’ll be their go-to point of contact for everything they need, including scheduling changes, billing questions, troubleshooting Zoom – all while providing friendly, reliable guidance every step of the way. • Ensure patients always feel cared for, informed, and supported. • Handle a range of administrative and customer service requests via phone, email, and text with empathy, precision, and professionalism.

• Deliver in-services and clinical education for perioperative and life support products, including anesthesia systems and patient monitoring, across Pre-Op, OR, and PACU settings. • Support installations by coordinating with CARE and Sales teams during setup and assisting with product transfers into the OR. • Provide clinical guidance during final implementations, confirming parameter defaults and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain ongoing relationships with accounts through follow-up education, troubleshooting, and virtual support as needed. • Troubleshoot customer issues, identifying root causes and collaborating with Technical Support, Service, Systems Solutions, and hospital staff to resolve them. • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless post-sale support.

• Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting • Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team as needed when working with complex patients • Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers as needed • Use tooling to allow virtual "exams" including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, remote point of care diagnostics • Participate in collaborative care model with various care team members including but not limited to registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisor where applicable • Participate in required meetings to support patient care including huddles, case conferencing and regular service line All Hands • Provide feedback to support improvement in operational workflows and product features • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Other duties as assigned
