Job Description

Transaction Specialist, Commissions

SERHANT.

• Review, audit, and manage transaction files for compliance. • Maintain deal stage accuracy and understanding of transaction workflows. • Identify and resolve documentation issues affecting commissions. • Complete compliance reviews within SkySlope. • Queue, review, and process commissions accurately. • Audit commission structures and identify discrepancies. • Validate commission data against documentation and records. • Serve as a primary contact for agents regarding transactions. • Proactively communicate with agents to resolve outstanding items. • Manage a shared inbox for agent inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience processing real estate transactions.
  • SkySlope experience preferred.
  • Experience with real estate transactions in California.
  • Real Estate license a plus.
